Whilst trying to install Pine Media broadband to my rented flat my building management company was reluctant to allow the installation. Steve from Pine Media support team was incredibly helpful in explaining to my building management team why this is something that benefits the building and should be allowed to go ahead and got in contact with my building management team to give them the information they needed which they've now approved. Really appreciate the support here! The installation guys were also brilliant at explaining what needed to be installed and why!

Had no internet after storm and snow. I contacted and asked for help. Swift response and I was very quickly reconnected. This is a great improvement on how issues were poorly handled with my former provider.
This is by far the bes providee I have used. Steve, in particular, has been spot on with advice and set up haa been hassle free. My favourite aspect is that this is a relatively small company that outperforming the big corporations. You can email or talk to a real person directly rather tjan wait for hours on end dealing with a bot or outsourced call centre. Most refreshing!

The technician who came to my apartment did a fantastic job fixing my WiFi connection. He made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I've been with Pine Media for a couple of years and have been very pleased with the cost, reliablity and customer service throughout my full fibre broadband contract. My contract was up for renewal but I couldn't see from the website how to renew so I contacted Customer Support. It was a very good experince as I got through quickly and easily to a 'real' agent - and a bonus for me that Pine is a local Sheffield based business.

The help I got with installation in a new house during a tricky time of year was fantastic (thank you to Steve in particular). During the installation process I was kept well informed of expected delivery dates and next steps. My service has only been running for a short time but speeds are as expected—very fast. Such a great local company. Been with pine media for a year now, great Wi-Fi service and brilliant customer support when it's needed. So much better than a large, faceless company, makes such a difference being able to chat to a friendly, local person on the phone with questions/issues. Big thankyou to Steve who quickly sorted the mess I made of tinkering with my Eero settings today. Fully expected it to take hours to get through to someone, but within 5 mins I had Steve sorting it. Thoroughly recommend.
I would give 10 star review but unfortunately it only goes up to 5. Extremely helpful, efficient, all problems were fixed and any equipment replaced and sorted out same day or next day. The internet speeds are 10x what I was getting before and I'm paying less! so happy to have switched, and kudos to Steve with his lord of the rings memes, you're invited to my 111th birthday!

Good customer services
I placed an order for Pine Media to take over the services and the process was smooth without issue. Services have been running without issue since September.
The internet
Pine were the first FTTP available in my area and have been top notch since day one (now 3 years in). Easy installation, decent price and responsive support on the rare occasion it's been required. Would definitely recommend, so much so I just renewed.
Once up and running the ISP and fibre to the house has been fast and much more reliable than previous providers. No buffering when streaming films and fast download and upload times. The plume system takes a bit of getting used to but does mostly provide good fast WiFi inside the house. We now have a number of IOT connected devices and have had issues of connectivity with in garage and with a car charger. The customer service has always been outstanding with fast and excellent support. It seams no problem however straightforward it may be is never to much for them to answer unlike the major ISP companies who keep you waiting for ever and frequently imply that the problem is with you not the complexity of managing the system and wi-fi network. I can highly recommend Pine Mediaand their excellent customer service.
After having some issues with connectivity we reached out to customer service. In the end we reached a fair resolution- however this did involve a bit of back and forth. Overall I am now satisfied with the service and am glad that customer service took my concerns seriously

I've been with Pine Media for nearly 12 months now. Installation went well. No trouble until this morning when I suddenly had no broadband. But they sorted me out very quickly having discovered my problem was all self inflicted by me.

While the installation took a long time, I still felt that I was being kept in the loop, and that the engineers were doing all that they could to get me sorted.
I was setting up OPNsense in a Proxmox VE and Pine Media Network team (Adeel) helped me set up the correct MAC address so their RADIUS server would authenticate my router and serve me a static IP. All resolved in 24 hours during work week. Strongly recommended above the normal providers.
