Built here. Supported here.
Our Sheffield support team works directly with our network engineers and civils crews to arrange installations and resolve faults.
On our own network, we handle fibre repairs and groundworks ourselves, reducing the need to wait for another contractor.
Meet Pine MediaContact our local team for help with your connection, account or installation. Mon–Fri 9am–5pm.
Our standard target is to restore service by 23:59 the next working day, Monday to Saturday excluding public and bank holidays. Your service agreement sets out which faults are covered and the exclusions.
Discuss static IP addressing, your existing router and firewall with us before you order.

Our eero, or your own router
An eero router is included if you want one, or you can use your own compatible router or firewall.
Want more control over your workplace Wi-Fi? Choose eero for Business for separate staff and guest networks, a branded guest welcome and content controls, all managed in the eero app.
Choose your business broadband plan, then add eero for Business. Already with us? Add it in My Pine Media or contact us.
Choose the service, as well as the speed
Business broadband provides full fibre for everyday work. A dedicated leased line adds reserved bandwidth and a shorter target for repairing a qualifying total outage.
| What matters | Business broadband | Dedicated leased line |
|---|---|---|
| Connection | Full fibre broadband | Dedicated fibre with bandwidth reserved between your site and our network |
| Upload & download | Symmetrical on Pine’s own network | Symmetrical, up to 10 Gbps |
| Standard fault target | Next working day, by 23:59* | Six hours for qualifying total outages, 24/7* |
| Router | eero included, or use your own compatible router | Router included, or use your own compatible router |
| Static IP addresses | Available as an add-on | Included |
| A good fit for | Offices, shops and teams using everyday cloud applications | Organisations needing dedicated capacity and a shorter total-outage target |
*For broadband, working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public and bank holidays. Your service agreement sets out covered faults, targets and exclusions. Ethernet Flex is a separate shared option: 200 Mbps committed, bursts up to 1 Gbps when capacity allows, 1:6 contention and an 11–24-hour total-outage target.

Answers about equipment, switching and optional extras.
Yes. Our eero is optional: you can use your own compatible router, firewall and Wi-Fi equipment. Tell us what you use so we can confirm connection settings, static IP requirements and the handover with you or your IT provider before installation.
No. Your included eero already provides app management and a separate guest network. For more control over staff and guest Wi-Fi, explore eero for Business.
Share your current contract end date and any critical services, including phones, alarms and payment systems. We’ll confirm the installation arrangements and help you plan the changeover. Keep your existing connection until the new service is ready.
Static IP addressing is available as an add-on. Tell us about VPNs, remote access or hosted services so we can confirm the addressing and charges with your plan. Read about static IPs.
Full fibre describes the fibre connection into your premises. Business broadband uses shared access infrastructure; a dedicated leased line reserves access capacity for your organisation. Consider both the service type and the speeds when comparing options.
