Leased-line plans
Prices are for premises on Pine’s network and exclude VAT. We’ll confirm availability, installation requirements and the total cost before you order.
Flex combines a 200 Mbps committed rate with bursts up to 1 Gbps when shared capacity allows. Its 1:6 contention and fault target differ from the 1:1 plans. Fault targets apply to qualifying faults under your service-level agreement (SLA).
Premises outside our existing network need a survey and a separate installation quote.
Why choose a leased line?
A dedicated leased line reserves bandwidth between your premises and our network, with agreed fault targets and support.
Symmetrical upload and download speeds support cloud backups, large file transfers, video meetings and hosted services.
Our dedicated 1:1 plans reserve access capacity for your organisation. Ethernet Flex provides a 200 Mbps committed rate with shared capacity for bursts up to 1 Gbps.
Your IT team can report faults to our network operations team 24/7, with restoration targets set out in your service agreement.
Application performance also depends on your equipment, internal network and the services you connect to. We’ll help you choose capacity that fits how you work.
Support, engineering and civils
Our Sheffield support team works directly with our network engineers and civils crews. They can investigate a problem together, from the circuit configuration to the fibre serving your building.
On our own network, we can repair fibre and carry out groundworks ourselves, reducing the need to wait for another contractor.

Our crews handle duct repairs, excavation and other groundworks on our network.
Service commitments
Your service agreement sets out the faults covered, restoration targets, exclusions and any service credits.
Level 4 maintenance for dedicated leased lines: a six-hour return-to-service target for qualifying total outages, any time of day or year.
The service agreement explains how credits apply if a qualifying fault exceeds its resolution target.
Contact our network operations team for leased-line faults covered by your SLA. General sales and account enquiries: Mon–Fri 9am–5pm.
Other fault types have different targets. Ethernet Flex has its own maintenance level.

Moving premises or approaching the end of a contract? Tell us when you need the new connection so we can plan the installation.
Share your address, bandwidth needs and target date. We’ll establish how your premises can connect.
We’ll agree the survey, access, landlord permissions and any groundworks, then confirm the costs and schedule before work starts.
We’ll install the circuit, test the connection and coordinate the handover with your team or IT provider.
Existing fibre at your premises can make installation quicker. New construction, access permissions and streetworks can add time. We’ll confirm the schedule for your site. Keep your current service until the new circuit is ready to use.
The details that matter
We’re happy to discuss the technical details with you or your IT provider.
Business broadband works well for everyday calls, cloud apps and online work. A dedicated leased line adds reserved bandwidth and a shorter total-outage target. Compare the capacity you need and the cost of an outage alongside the monthly price. Explore business broadband.
Yes. You can use the included router or your own compatible router and firewall. Tell us about your equipment, required IP addresses and how you want the circuit handed over. We can discuss the equipment and configuration with your IT provider before installation. We’ll confirm any agreed managed services and security requirements in your quote.
Share your growth plans when we design the connection. We can discuss higher bandwidth, site-to-site Layer 2 Ethernet, dark fibre and wavelength services. Availability, equipment and costs depend on your locations and the design.
No. These plans provide a single connection. The service-level agreement sets a repair target; it does not provide an automatic backup connection.
Your full site address, preferred installation date, current contract end date, required upload and download capacity, and any static IP, router, firewall or multi-site requirements. If you’re unsure of the speed you need, describe how your teams use the connection.
