Your installation, step by step
From ordering to going live, here's exactly what happens. No surprises, no hidden costs, and you won't pay a penny until your service is up and running.
Check availability & order
Enter your postcode on our website to see which plans are available at your address. Choose your speed, pick any add-ons, and complete your order online in minutes.
We confirm & schedule
Our team will confirm your order and arrange an installation date that works for you. If you're switching from another provider, we handle the One Touch Switch process — you don't need to contact your old provider.
Install day
Our engineer will arrive within your chosen time slot. They'll run fibre to your property (using existing ducts or telegraph poles where possible to minimise disruption), install a small wall box, and connect your eero 6+ router.
Most installs take 1–2 hours. Someone over 18 needs to be home for the duration.
Before your engineer arrives
- Think about where you'd like your router placed — near a power socket, ideally central to your home
- If you're renting, check you have permission from your landlord
- Clear access to the outside wall where fibre will enter (usually follows the existing phone line route)
You're live
Your engineer will test the connection, help you get your devices online, and make sure everything is working before they leave. Your billing starts from this point — not before.
