How to switch broadband providers with One Touch Switch
Switching broadband used to be painful. One Touch Switch changed that - here's how it works and why it means you can switch to Pine Media without lifting a finger.
One Touch Switch is an Ofcom-backed process that makes switching broadband providers simple. You only need to contact your new provider - they handle everything else, including notifying your old provider.
How it works
- Check availability - enter your postcode on our website to see which plans are available at your address.
- Choose your plan - pick the speed and package that suits your household.
- We handle the rest - we contact your current provider, arrange the switch date and get you connected. Usually within 14 days.
No downtime, no hassle
You don't need to call your old provider to cancel. There are no exit fees if you're out of contract. And our Sheffield-based team is here to help at every step.
